Elsewhere, Spanish outfit Celta Vigo have already made an ‘offer’ to the Argentine, TMW report.Celta have spent the whole season fighting off relegation from LaLiga and hope Bielsa is the man to guide them up the table next term.Bielsa has previously managed in Spain, taking charge of Espanyol and Athletic Club, while he’s never actually coached in Italy despite being named Lazio boss in 2016.
