The long-serving defender has found his role reduced in the Everton line-up under Marco Silva, with Lucas Digne taking his place.Now in the twilight years of his career, the 34-year-old still remains a wonderful crosser and passer of a ball and the match against Lithuania in 2015 was his last in an England shirt.11
