The Spanish midfielder said his goodbyes at Stamford Bridge and moved to Monaco on a three-and-a-half year deal.Fabregas was being made to wait to complete the deal as Chelsea wanted to bring in a replacement first.However, the move was given the green light on Friday afternoon and the Blues confirmed the transfer in a statement.2

Leandro Paredes currently plays for Zenit St Petersburg

Their two reported targets are Cagliaris Barella and Zenit St Petersburgs Paredes.The Telegraph is reporting they have agreed deals in principle for both midfielders and must now decide who, if at all, they want to sign. Paredes would cost 30million while Barella is priced at 40million.The Italian media are reporting that Barella is reluctant to leave Cagliari mid-season, which will put Paredes in pole position.
