Alfredo Morelos was shown a red card for elbowing the Hoops captain in the face in the first-half, while Andy Halliday received a second yellow card for his part in a post-match clash with the veteran midfielder.Ryan Kent could receive a two-game ban for lashing out at Brown during the game.Morelos will serve a four-game ban after receiving his fifth red card of the season, while Halliday is suspended for Wednesday nights home game with Hearts.Celtic manager Neil Lennon said he was angry with the treatment Brown received in the Old Firm derby.But Gerrard hit back, saying: Neil Lennon will say what Neil Lennon wants to say. His assistant will say whatever he wants to say.
