The incident, which stemmed from Kane closing down David Luiz after Spurs had returned possession to Chelsea, was not acted upon by referee Andre Marriner at the time.Marriner’s report from the match was reviewed by the FA on Thursday, and having claimed he saw the incident at the time, no retrospective action will be taken.
