A Tottenham Hotspur supporter who threw a banana skin onto the pitch at the Emirates has been banned ‘indefinitely’ by the FA.Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened the scoring before running past the away end when the banana skin was thrown at him.1

The offender was subsequently arrested by the police after a steward immediately identified the culprit in the away section.There were in total seven arrests made by the Metropolitan Police during a fiery north London derby, which saw a fight break out between the players after Eric Dier equalised.ASpurs spokesman said: Behaviour such as this is completely unacceptable and the supporter in question will be issued with a ban.”Aubameyang has since broken his silence on the matter, taking to Instagram to criticise the offender.
