And according to The Sun, the Championship club have enquired about Hart’s availability when the initial plan was to make an approach for Tom Heaton, who has restored his place as Sean Dyche’s first choice glovesman.There is fierce competition for the No.1 spot at Turf Moor with Nick Pope’s return to fitness set to give Dyche an even bigger selection headache.Hart, 31, moved to Burnley from Manchester City for 4million in the summer but could be allowed to move on once again once the offers come in for him and Pope.Meanwhile, City boss Pep Guardiola said ending Joe Hart’s career at the Etihad was a terribly hard decision. Guardiola said: “He [Hart] was so professional. I know how tough it was for the fans, for the people.“He was an incredible keeper and had incredible results here. That’s why it was not an easy decision.”
