Former Arsenal star Perry Groves is delighted Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has become the permanent manager of Manchester United, because he believes they will NEVER will the Premier League title with the Norwegian in charge.On Thursday, Solskjaer signed a three-year contract to take the United helm on a full-time basis, after an impressive three months as caretaker.1
